If AGS agrees to the Ten Year Mining lease under the conditions re the Joint Venture(25%-75%) then we have to assume that the M&D C Matter is/will be settle/discontinued and an announcement should be forthcoming.


How can they agree to the 25%- 75%, knowing that it is in dispute in the Courts. Can you see the conflict There?
