Mining Lease/Mining Licence

I saw a post on HC the other day in reference to who has the mining lease. From what I can make of this article it appears as though the mining lease that currently exists is coming up for renewal soon. Will AVZ be successful in obtaining this or could it go to someone else?
What could this mean for the share price?
It seems that everyone is hanging for the Mining Licence to drop but what about the Lease???
I have to say I haven't heard much of this issue being mentioned by the company through the media which could be for one of two reasons.
They're either really good at keeping this under wraps or secondly it is a complete non issue and I am totally wrong?
I'm predicting a share price at production of $1.75.
Based on where I think it's going to get $7. Halve it and halve it again.
I think sometimes it might pay to read the fine print.
I hope I'm wrong. Only my opinion and interested to read others.
