Adjournment sine die (from Latin "without a day") Parliament may not reconvene until September/October, the speaker Mr Bagbin has a national assignment and doesn't want his deputies to step in to cover as he would be handing over a "pot of bees"...watch the last 5 mins of Parliament on Tuesday 30th July which is on YouTube...so much for Neil Herbert telling shareholders that July would be a transformational month, well I guess it has been but in the wrong direction....9 months to get the ratification tabled in Parliament, simply is not good enough Neil and BOD....
