    I see this as the only way out now and Assore are in a good spot. Look at section 8 of last quarterly. Cash is running real thin. The company's answer to more funding is:

    MIFF (they are not going to hand over any funds with or without ratification and if they did, they're not going to be the first ones and will likely wait for FID);

    Piedmont (who are in a world of their own troubles. Looking at their valuation it seems their investors are not giving much for Ghana), and;

    Offtakers (find any other lithium offtakes recently? The world doesn't need more spodumene atm)

    Looks to me that too much cash was spent on flights, Vegas, etc. It'll be interesting to see the remuneration report this year considering how Assore voted last year and the state of the market. Ghana can partially be to blame, but not majority imo. Also see Burkinas new mining code. West Africa will ensure they benefit more than they should.
