With the mining lease and escalating depth issues (source: DMP Mitis website and 2014 Annual Report), I am surprised that the independent Board Directors have not placed this company into voluntary liquidation as their actions under the Corporations Law may be scrutinised at a later date if action by holders of debt request a review of the last six months plus Board and management decisions. Not a good place to be in.
