Hi DeeTrader, I dont have access to the article but Brockman have already stated in their recent announcement released on the 2/12 that the mining lease was 6-8 weeks away.

From paragragh 2 of the "BROCKMAN SECURES FINAL KEY NATIVE TITLE
MINING AGREEMENT FOR MARILLANA PROJECT" announcement:


Brockman now has agreements in place with all native title claimant groups covering the entire Marillana Project site. As a result, the final Mining Lease for the Marillana Project should be granted within the next 6 to 8 weeks.


This continues the flow of positive announcements released by the company over the last 6 months. All in all I think BRM is progressing well but the rail issue will always hold us back. The PFS proved the project was viable but WR now has to confirm a means of getting the product to port.
