people have been bandying around the sovereign risk for 2-3 years.. why hasn't China stolen the resource yet if that was going to happen?
if the consortium is created with rare earth prices set for western manufacturers, then the sovereign risk reduces dramatically imo as it will be an act of war or however you might like to put it.
it's weird that you do hold and have throw away China syndrome lines about china stealing the resource. the price is sub 10c because of this idea. if makuutu was in WA you would see us lingering in the teens
