No worries mate. It's a big tick!
The previous broker reports gave price targets of mid-twenties, and that was factoring in the doubt regarding Tanzanian licencing (i.e. pre-licence approval), and didn't pay much attention to Coburn (which is becoming more attractive by the day).
STA is due for a significant re-rate. (You can call this up-ramping, but we'll all soon see it happen).
