totally agree with you Benboy....as usual a pot stirrer has raised their head and spouted misleading information.  I have him on ignore, but by the replies it seems it's Mr 5c.

It's quite clear to those that can read.


Of course like most legal documents they can be full of repetitive nonsense that make it hard to understand to some.  I like to call this 'the lower peg syndrome'.  Those familiar with Monty Python will know what I mean...for those that don't this is what I mean.
