OK I'll bite. To which act are you referring? I'll answer no to all your questions but will also suggest that MNS management will no doubt be all over the requirements for mining licence. Apparently the Chinese are practically rebuilding Tanzania through infrastructure investment. This should help our push for mining.
Still interested in the types of licences and how many there are available. Interesting topic wil007.
