AVQ has no tenure or tenement over the Isabel nickel grounds. AVQ's total land rights were cancelled by the High Court remember. AVQ lost not only the tenement rights but every $$$$ of shareholders funds spent there! Incredible to fathom.
So no one, currently, has an tenement interest in those lands under the mines and minerals act of SI.
