Gonna make this bold prediction here based on the trading pattern from today (and last Friday)!
Clearly last Friday and also today there was some bot action in the trading of this stock. This does not happen all that frequently with these kind of "penny stocks". It usually means that someone is accumulating. This poses the question of why some "big boy" would be accumulating now if the mining license is not coming soon and thus production is delayed until Q2 next year. So it is my opinion that there is at least one big investor that believes that the mining license will still come in 2017! And smart money is seldomly wrong.
So I predict that the mining license will still come in 2017! And if it comes this week we might even have our first production/shipment still in 2017 as a sort of Christmas present!
