Where have you gotten this information? Just having a guess ? From what I have found state government elections haven't stopped ML in the past. This process is part of the normal governing duties and does not include making decisions which may affect the election or the potential new government. This may be different if MLM was mining something political such as uranium or coal.

The ML will happen. Everything asked by the company has been done. The local land owners are happy and waiting like we are for financial gain from getting this off the ground. Yes the wet season will slow us down however we always knew that would be the case.

I get the feeling there is some serious down ramping happening on hot copper. Hang in there guys.
