if/when... or..no guarantee re lifting of suspension,not much difference in the meaning as far as I'm concerned.
Face the facts, the Company is stuffing s/holders around with these meaningless announcements re extension of suspension for another few weeks, although 1 month this time.
So as anticipated by some realists, no outcome one way or another until well into the new year.
