I agree but then you need to ask yourself, is it in the DRC's best interest to let this drag out into next year while the lithium boom is leaving them in the dust.
As well, this "saga" seems to be getting a lot of coverage in the DRC so i think it must be adding pressure for the government to get things in gear.
If Felix is in Egypt this week at Cop27 trying to woo investors then something like hanging over his head doesn't look good and makes for a tougher sell to investors.
Sure they can drag this out but if they were smart they would make a decision sooner rather than later on the ML.
