    How is this possible if AVZ supposedly own 75%?

    Has AVZ conceded the 5% and 10% they bought from Dathmir to now only hold 60%?

    If CATL are happy with only 9% then how is AVZ going to fund mine development. CATL aren't going to pay USD240M for 9% so the shortfall plus any additional funds will need to be made up somewhere. Either debt or significant dilution.
