Well my guess is another 2 to 3 week extension just to keep s/holders on a string.
The Directors should have known it was going to take a very long time to settle such disputes and therefore go for a 5 or 6 month extension but even then,that wouldn't have been long enough.
I think the Co. will have a lot of disenchanted investors when/if this is ever sorted out.
Maybe they should put up for sale their share of the project although nobody knows what that share will finally be.
