I think if it had been signed it would have leaker more than it has, and wouldve been announced from DRC side. if anything perhaps those in the video just got word that it was going to happen. But what about CAMI? Anyway im still sceptical, lets see what the next 24 to 48hrs brings, but all fingers and toesies are crossed.
