As we know, we are waiting for two events to occur to clear the way for the bridging loan. The first is the gazetting of the alluvial ML which was granted in November last year, and the second is the incorporation of Sociedade Mineira Do Lulo LDA (Mining Company of Lulo Ltd).
I just lifted the below gazette entry which was uploaded around 15 minutes ago by the Angolan National Press. It's only a summary with no mention of Lulo, but I'm 99.9% sure that it's the gazette entry we've been waiting for:
