    I think it's time EXT management began asking questions directly to the Namibian govt in relation to the delay in issuing the mining license. There is now an enormous elephant in the room here! I suggest all EXT shareholders demand answers (I will be), as to the uncharacteristic delays in awarding this license given there should be no material reason for its delay, or if there is, exactly what they are. PDN were awarded theirs in about 6 weeks from memory.

    It's fine to continually say the Namibian policy changes won't affect current epls and licenses but...WE DON'T HAVE A CURRENT LICENSE YET!

    Not good enough frankly.
