Trying to understand the likely timing of the mining licence. Seems like a bit of a lottery all told, difficult to find a realistic gauge available on the likely timeline or what is ordinarily the case. The article below from Jan 2010 - says BMN was moving into top gear in Jan 2010 !

I see EXT submitted its mining license recently in Dec 2010 over year after BMN. Yet there seems in some quarters, from commentary that I have read, an expectation that they could be granted their mining licence in the first half of 2011 ! I presume that is simply wishful thinking as here we sit over a year after BMN (in Dec 2009) submitting its license with no apparent hope of anything in the near term ?
