Looks like the panic sellers at open were short term opportunistic traders hoping for the offer from CGNPC and when it sounded like offer not forthcoming as in concrete bid, they fled. As many have commented, we were trading way above this price without any bid offer so the only fundamental that has changed is the spot price post fukushima.
Still waiting for someone to make a bid to get the long awaited process moving. This is worst than a game of chess!
