Did John say anything about the environmental groups against the project? I know it is a different country but I remember all the trouble Lynas had in Malaysia trying to get started due to the concern with toxicity leaching into the surrounding areas. The process was made so much longer due to all the measures that had to be put in place to make sure everything remained at safe levels for the surrounding communities. I believe the project will most likely go ahead alright, but maybe it will take much longer due to satisfying very stringent requests for environmental safety.
