It's not a stumbling block it's a known process that is required to start mining....it doesn't stop finance and construction talks continuing stop talks going on in the meantime or binding offtakes and TON being done and TON are proceeding with site prepartions...
As reported, it is expected this quarter but not guaranteed this quarter, we are dealing with an African Govt....
