    Plenty of upside now for CCC, O/S instos recommend a BUY, fair value of 35 cents, hope to see the SP move soon, was some big buyers bidding at the close. 1 buyer for 400,000 another for 450,000. it has some big buyers off screen eying this of, the selling has slowed and buying will be back.
