If the NP issue is no big deal, why has the sp dropped since we took undisputed possession of such a valuable resource?

I doubt the sp will jump once the LNP win next weeks election in a landslide, as Labor's NP proposal is apparently a non-issue anyway.

So was that it then was it? The market must have already factored in a Mt M victory. Is that why the sp went from 5.5c to 17c or whatever it got to over 3 months?

What is the great benefit for management to keep the sp suppressed if the conspiracy theorists are right? Is it to make for an easier/cheaper takeover by Exergen? Is the suggestion that Ian and co are secretly stitching us all up?
