Thanks, Alex. There are certainly some tongue-twisters in all of that, but his message is consistent and clear. There are still a few key hurdles, but I like the aggressive timeline to get an initial stage up and running, and it seems relative to most, they have certainly progressed to this point relatively quickly; once this first stage is up (and assuming things go more or less to plan), the pitch for expansion should be much easier.

He seems very comfortable with the Jurisdiction... is there likely to be any shenanigans on that front once the dollars start flowing?
