Just the begining for a great little company, sounds like directors are really hands on people good to see they are big holders also if people feel they have owerniship they always seem to do the little extras that make the difference between a good company and a great company.
Everything they are doing has a little touch green to it also, silica - solar cells, recycling aluminium waste, all good for media.
