Hi squidd.

A Finance Partner/Partners will no doubt be involved in rail,port,mine,and any other items like pellet plants, steel mill if that is still being considered.
A finance partner would get revenue from rail,port,pellet/sinter plants and mill.
There will be a lot of money to be made from other mining companies in the region for using SDL rail,port and plants.

Imagine the revenues to be received if Belinga,Avima,Badondo,African Aura and Sino at Mamalles use rail and port.
Belinga and Avima are talking of 30 million tonnes per year each.
Sino tenement is around 40-50kl from port.I don't think they will truck their iron ore with SDL rail line passing their tenement.That is if they prove their tenement is worth going ahead with.
