First mover advantage...that's all we are waiting for, a lot of explorers in the region got stuck, they are waiting for SDL as they can't move without rail/port infrastructure.

I believe Belinga is also the case, even they still want to build their own rail/port, which looks now quite impossible, considering the "green Gabon" ...and IMHO there are so much financial risk involved, considering SDL could be ready this year....

SDL news coud start flowing from April ?
