I do however agree with Mining Co's being bound by law to have a plan in place when Enviro sh*t happens (not that it should get to that stage in the first place).... so we don't end up with BP's golf ball solution or one guy with a sheet of plywood & a stick trying to recover bodies after a tailing's mudslide .
