For me, my confidence only grows when I see posts like this. Trading is a game of information. If the reason the bears are selling is fear of permits, I'll happily take the other side of that bet. If the market needs to see the permits granted before the re-rate comes, I'll wait.
OP found news from 2020. Why? Because there hasn't been any pushback from the Sami people since. Talga's got an employee on staff tasked with coordinating with the Sami, and politicians at both the Swedish national level and E.U. level have been highly supportive of growing the battery resource sector.
