Hi Bob, an off-topic snippet.
Recently you posted that someone dudded you over some tenements and fled to the Philippines .....
Had a visit from a friend the other day, and the subject of fleeing to the Philippines came up (not in connection to you).

Two local names come up...... one initials FL, whom you must have at least known.
He had a hit on him some time back, with his driver and bodyguard shot dead. He survived.
The other was an RB, who was responsible for selling that dud tenement I posted on re due diligence, lol. I didnt know he fled.
So if either of those guys are of interest to you, rest assured that they would NOT be resting assured, but looking over shoulders. There are people interested in catching up with them. Karma, eh?
