mining policy

i am sad to have bought mte at the wrong time ,i see no problem of the companies fundamentals .
With the increase in mining tax it just makes it so difficult for companies like mte to grow , there are 10 different coal and other mining companies desperately looking for foreign investment and with the new tax it makes australia a Sh@@ place to invest , they rather put their money in say Congo , yes it is risky but they can get away with 10% tax, cheap labour cost, less permit hasstle and chinese know that very well .
