From what I know to date ASIC is going to be focusing on prosecuting our ex-director Peter Landau in relations to CTR and CCC. Then they move onto NKP's case. I am sure ASIC is likely going to move on more than just NKP which has Landau's involvement. Grapevine on St George Terrace says Jane Flegg and Landau are now at each other. I would even add KAB, BMZ to the list. I know Mr Pham has a private case here in the WA Courts winding up Landau.

What an empty read that was. I hope Mr pham, having discovered a strange cohort of investors that just give away money, does not mine you like landau and co did.
