Read between the lines of what he’s actually saying, the big jump in value is no doubt the mining right, but we are taking about maximising the value not just a big jump. You do not get these opportunities very often in business and management have been at this a long time with some failures behind them so how do you maximise this opportunity if no reasonable offer drops after the mining right? Do we sit and do nothing? Doing nothing costs money, doing nothing says what to the government that issues the mining right? make no mistake the government has a shambles of a system that takes years to get mining rights but they will want royalties payments ASAP. Your very much on your own if your think SH will tolerate another CR just to sit on this and do nothing but wait for an offer that is not acceptable.
Now there is nothing more I want than a US$300 million offer when the MR drops, but what if that offer doesn’t come? Would you accept 10c per share? Get on board and let’s play the game that has to be played.
