Never said management should sit on their hands and do nothing after the MR. Only expressed my hope that we receive a bid before having to go down the road of getting financing and going into production. Sometimes share price appreciation during the buildup to production exceeds the reality of when you get into production - look at a company like Perseus. Obviously management needs to move things forward and operate on the assumption that a bid won't necessarily come knocking.
