    Hi All,

    RES has applied for mining rights back in Feb 2010. According to the reports, we are expect to see mining rights approved in early 2011. This will see a re-rating of the stock. Also the tight shareholdings would suggest that RES would run massively. Just look at the sell side, not many shares are for sell at all.

    Rerating of this stock is imminent.
