What say we look on the side of commonsense Grounzero. Buy 300,000 shares @ 6 cents and get 300,000 9 cent options that would probally initially trade at about 2 cents gives you $6,000 profit BUT NOWHERE NEAR AS MUCH DILUTION. But most importantly it provides a clear indicator as to whether the management are acting in their best interest or the company owners interest(the shareholders) Unfortunaetly commonsense ain't so common these days.
