Interesting - I wrote a post a while back about a new company Australian Graphite Limited, who have their registered office in Wayville SA - same as AXE & LML. Just doing a little research and found......

From the speakers list below, it shows Christopher Darby, as CEO of Australian Graphite Limited.

Darby was also MD at MEGA Graphite (Australia) Pty Ltd, who had a deal with SER on Uley.

Additionally, Darby seems to be a Director at Tech Minerals Consulting Group. This is the company who - "Archer engaged the services of Tech Minerals Consulting Group which includes senior global industrial minerals experts who have worked extensively with major graphite suppliers and purchasers to assess the results and make comment on the likely markets and prices for such concentrates." It's also the company who SER used for their scoping study.

Maybe a coincidence, AXE, LML, SER, but I'm thinking about the previous reference LML's Parker made about the EYRE Peninsula being the "Pilbara" of graphite and how all the players "work together" - are they forming some sort of group under the banner Australian Graphite Limited? Or something else?
