Yep - “ability to pay down the loan quite quickly and then look to releverage to a more aggressive growth strategy”, together with “access to a facility, or potential facility, up to US$250m for acquisitions … to grow into a mid tier focussed mining company”.
A lot more to focus on in the fundraise than simply the amount of equity or whether price was $2.8 or $3 IMO…
