    Speculate to accumulate SBL ?I?d be concerned the fix was in if they all of a sudden produced a report within a week of the mining studies being released ?that?s a bit close to home don?t you think ?what would be better is an independent view from another house?...l know for a fact proactive investor has got a finger on the pulse
