    Greems dont have the balance of the senate until 2011. Mining tax could and should be rejected. It's too narrow in definition and is open to large discrepancies in terms of how much revenue will be achieved. Real tax reform is needed, not a bandaid solution abruptly thought up just before a budget announcement to allow them to make many promises in time for an election.
