Personally, I think IG should've purchased his shares at $4.80, as a show of good faith to those who participated in the CR to fund the KMP. He would've trashed ALK's SP if he did that, though. Pity he felt the need to raise $19m on the back of ALK holders for an unrelated business venture – those $$ could've covered the cost of buying ASM at the aforementioned premium. Disappointing, but whatever. Still think there's a good chance they'll right the ship.
