get the big 20% block out of the way first ( Stirling resources 20%) with an off market 600m share Trade/transfer to the funders and directors at .006c
then recapitalize the books with a new funding package .. and push the button for a Start to Mining .. sell the 50% of annual production already allocated to buyers ,, while marketing the balance off to new clients thru the year .
now Stirlings Block (20%) is absorbed by the Directors and Financiers .. i believe they are more focused than ever to Start Mining soon
