Do some of the construction workers change over to production or do they all move on and a new workforce comes into production. Just curious, also I may be wrong but when a project comes into production the royalties start flowing to the State Government. cheers"

What everyone should note with the large gas projects is that a very very big slice of the design and construction leaks offshore. We simply don't have the expertise that the American's do in this arena. As such the multiplier effects from a dollar of capex aren't all equal. A dollar of O & G capex has less of a multiplier effect than a dollar of IO capex in the wider economy. Generally this has been lost on economists and financial commentatiors regarding LNG.
