Ah. Phil anderson, has some great insights, does not get it right all the time but some of his foresight has been predictable if you did your own research, but his book is worth a read for the I'll informed on how the property market really works. I enjoy his cycle stuff, not always accurate but what is. The best thing is trying to teach 'people to remember the future as the past reflects it periodically :-) :-) :-) :-)
