Well Moon I tend to agree with you about Newman, Karratha, Hedland and Broome they are all crap hole places which zoomed up in price based on shortages. Determined effort by Govt to bring prices down and slow down happening. Geraldton has bottomed after the failure of Oakagee, lot of investors dumped but even then the prices for some suburbs have not fallen much. Perth is going up and this time next year will be humming along. What about putting some numbers and predictions out.
