    Jack, I have no problem with the incoming Government. If anything they could provide what the lithium industry needs in Chile - CERTAINTY. I have read nearly all the incoming Mining Minister's views on mining in Chile and it's future and her comments have been encouraging. However, I do have one concern and that is the Constitutional Convention. Unless the pragmatists step in and provide some balance, it could end up being a prescriptive, overly complex mess. Not what Chile needs at this stage in the economic cycle
