According to Mr Creamer ..it seems he thinks the outcome of the court ruling and the next step.. re these rights....
comes 40 seconds into the interview
"you had better go and issue these rights again"..

I assume that he is referring to the DMR to do that.

Is there a current 6months freeze on new rights?but these are a renewal? arent they?

Then Mr Creamer continues talking re new legislation re "what is consultation" etc and when that will probably take place.

That all make sense to me...what part worries you?
I am not very familiar with such situatons though.

Time and patience is required for these or similar steps to take place.imo
Anyone got a crystal ball?


Can issuing these rights occur immediately..I mean after Xmas hols?
Can negotiations accomplish issuing these rights again?

do you have to wait for new legislation?

so you dont need NEW legislation here, do you?
Just NEW consultation. Right?

We are all just guessing an outcome because there are many parties involved ...lots of regulations...and probably a number of legal opinions...

Well thats my take on it, you can waste a lot of time second guessing how the future might play out for this one.
You do learn a lot and become a better shareholder, as well imo.

I am not as worried as you Xenith69...
